Shipping methods and times

Delivery of the purchased products takes place in an estimated time of up to 5-6 days (Monday to Friday) from the order via DHL or GLS with tracking.

Shipping is free for orders over €60 (order cost with the discount code already applied). The shipping cost for orders under €60 is €7 (GLS) or €8.5 (DHL).

When the package is shipped from our warehouses , you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click to track and modify the delivery of your order.

Our shipments allow the modification of:
- expected delivery date
- choice of collection point
- new delivery address

If you have created an account you will be able to find out the status of your shipment by visiting the "My orders" section of your account.

Delivery times may be delayed in case of
• in the case of holidays such as Christmas, August Bank Holiday and National Holidays.
• events independent of the will of the actors involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, demonstrations, road accidents, visits by public figures, etc.
• inventory or in case of extraordinary necessity.

Couriers do not make deliveries on public holidays, pre-holidays and national holidays.
The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage costs.
