HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND OR DID YOU MAKE THE WRONG SIZE?
- The time limit for making a return, without indicating the reasons, is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment .
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.
- All products will be accepted as long as they are intact, with original labels not removed and have not been used or stained.
WHAT TO DO?

Print the Order Confirmation that you received via email.
- Place the product and order confirmation inside an envelope.
- Take the envelope to the post office or your trusted courier, and send it to this address:

In case of wrong size, reorder the product in the right size
In the event of returns made for NON-defective goods , the return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Within 5 working days of receiving the package we will send you a refund including all payments made including delivery costs.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the event of a return made due to defective goods or for reasons due to any errors, the return shipment will be paid by CVS who will send the courier to the customer's home to collect the goods to be returned.
The user must attach photographic documentation within 8 days of receiving the material.
